Empire Landscaping Adds Visual Appeal In Frisco
All of us at Empire Landscaping were excited to tackle this recent project in the Windsor Ridge area of Frisco. The homeowners wanted to use natural landscaping elements to bring more visual impact to the front of their home. Patrick Wilson, Lead Landscape Designer met with the homeowners to determine their vision for this project.
After the consultation, the family selected natural stone landscape boulders as the border for their large shade tree in the front of their home. Patrick went to work and isolated the best stone to match their home’s color palate and overall design. The size and placement of the landscape boulders was determined based on the arrangement that would best highlight the ground cover and new plants Empire Landscaping were also bringing into the design.
The next area to tackle was the front flower bed. Again, the homeowners were partial to using more natural elements in the design. Patrick found the perfect shade of Flagstone to set as a natural walkway. It looks beautiful. We then used the same style of natural boulders, though a bit smaller to add a natural border around the flower bed. This combination brings more natural beauty to the project and enables the homeowners to more easily maintain their landscape.
